Dues Notice

Any member standing three months in arrears in the payment of Union Dues, shall automatically be suspended at the end of the third month. To be restored to good standing, back dues must be paid along with a $350.00 Re-initiation Fee.

You are eligible for a Withdrawal Card if you are laid off, terminated, retire, go out on disability (off the job injury or illness) or on military leave (you must provide a copy of State Disability Check Stubs / Military orders along with the Withdrawal Card Form).  All initiation fees and dues must be up to date before the Withdrawal Card can be issued. The fee for the withdrawal card is $0.50.

It is your responsibility to obtain a withdrawal card from the Dues Office to prevent you from owing back dues.  For further information, please call our office at 516-568-1970
